>> David Hothersall

David has extensive experience of managing financial communications, corporate and investor communications accounts for UK and overseas companies. As a former international Account Director at Weber Shandwick Square Mile in London, David led UK and international accounts for companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, Euronext and Easdaq/NASDAQ Europe across most business sectors. Previously, David was an Extel-ranked equity research analyst with Robert Fleming Securities in London and Moscow and with HSBC Securities in London. At Robert Fleming, David was lead equity analyst on two international equity offerings. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian and French and is a FSA Registered Representative (Certificate in Securities & Regulation and Certificate in Derivatives).

With a professional background in international finance, Anders has extensive experience of how to maximise awareness of a company’s investment offerings and access to institutional investors. Anders has over 10 years experience as a derivatives fund manager, working as a Principal of Bankers Trust Investment Management (London and New York) where he was trading desk manager and risk manager. At Bankers Trust, Anders was senior officer in charge of strategic planning and ongoing management of European client relationships. Previously, Anders worked at Chase Manhattan Bank where he was a Director of the Portfolio Strategies Group. Anders is fluent in English and Danish and is a FSA Registered Representative (Certificate in Securities & Regulation and Certificate in Derivatives).

Frank's experience of working across a wide range of web site development technologies and programming languages is leveraged to produce interactive, web-based public relations strategies as well as effective content management systems. These include highly-visual, interactive public relations techniques; working with clients to anticipate business needs in specifying appropriate technologies; and the design of work and information flow processes. Frank has been product manager for some of the most technically challenging and successful websites in recent years, including product manager for the development of content management systems at Launch.com (a Yahoo company) and at Energis where he led client development work for various blue-chip organisations.
